Franchise Marketing

The chain is shared,

59.6 %* of Finns, around 2,356,000 people*, visit their own town centre every week. A chain's customers are therefore on each owner's own patch, and that is where the visibility has to be earned.

01

What we do for a franchise chain

We plan, build and optimise the media mix that fits the objective at hand, for the chain and for the individual owner alike. We build the measurement so the chain sees the whole and the owner sees their own area. We also run brand and competitor research when the starting point needs establishing first.

02

A few lessons from the field

A national brand budget does not cover local searches. Local campaigns do not eat into each other. They add to the visibility of the whole chain. The tighter the area, the better the advertising lands. The division of labour between chain and owner decides the outcome: the chain sets the look and the message, the owner gets their own area covered without needing media expertise of their own.

03

How we work

People do the work: a strategist, a planner, a specialist and an analyst who know the sector. Where it helps, the Marketing Engine and its apps handle the part that repeats hundreds of times: per-owner campaign versions, local budgets, and measurement and reporting for both the chain and the owner. We give every client the most modern tools in the field for gathering insight, running the advertising and following the results.
