Retail Marketing

The decision is made

42.4 %* of Finns buy online at least monthly, and only 5 %* never buy online at all. Trade happens everywhere, and a store competes with an online shop just as much as with the shop next door.

01

What we do for a retail chain

We plan, build and optimise the media mix that fits the objective at hand, for the brand and for the offers alike. We build the measurement so you can see where the sales and the store visits come from. We also run brand and competitor research when the starting point needs establishing first.

02

A few lessons from the field

A concrete price offer earns a clearly better click rate than a brand message on the same platform with the same audience. If a campaign carries both, they should not be averaged into the same report. High prompted awareness can hide an empty brand, so measure what the image actually contains. If willingness to recommend is negative, growing awareness only produces more considerers who go elsewhere. Check the step from consideration to preference before you raise the media budget.

03

How we work

People do the work: a strategist, a planner, a specialist and an analyst who know the sector. Where it helps, the Marketing Engine and its apps handle the part that repeats hundreds of times: the product feed, offer asset versioning by store, and measurement and reporting. We give every client the most modern tools in the field for gathering insight, running the advertising and following the results.
