Insight & Strategy

Evidence first,

Many media decisions follow what the industry does rather than what is actually known about the audience. Insight puts that order right.

01

When you need this

Insight is needed when growth has stalled and the reason is unclear. Also when there are three different views of the audience inside the same company. We find out who the buyers are, which media they follow and what people think of the brand. NØRR3 Media Insights has asked these questions across eight research waves and 18 000* respondents since 2023. On top of that we build a picture of the brand and its competitors. The outcome is a written view of where marketing should be aimed and what should be measured.

02

A few lessons

High aided awareness can hide an empty brand. That is why we also measure what the brand actually stands for. A second recurring finding concerns willingness to recommend. If it is negative, growing awareness only produces more considerers who then choose someone else. Check the step from consideration to preference before you raise the media budget. The third lesson concerns the audience. Channel choices should be made from measured audience data. Industry habit is a poor guide here, because the same channel choice does not fit two different audiences.

03

How we work

People do the work: a strategist, a planner, a specialist and an analyst. We interview the key people, run the audience analysis and pull the findings into one view. Where it helps, the Marketing Engine handles the part that repeats hundreds of times: research runs, competitor tracking and keeping the metrics up to date. We give every client the most modern tools in the field for gathering insight, running the advertising and following the results.
