Business Dashboard in Marketing Engine

Business Dashboard is the reporting and measurement app in NØRR3 Marketing Engine. We select the metrics that management and marketing need to guide their work. Campaign figures show delivery. Sales or another agreed business metric help assess the result.

NØRR3 works with you to define the metrics, data sources and reporting approach. The scope is agreed during setup, so you know what the view covers and how to use it.

The chain and each location

A chain-wide average does not describe every location. Where location-level data is available, reporting helps compare local investment and results using shared definitions.

We agree what to compare across the chain and what to examine by region or location. Comparisons also account for differences in reporting periods and metrics.

Clear sources and definitions

An ad platform, web analytics and a sales system can report different figures for the same event. We define what each number counts and explain gaps in the tracking.

Data availability, connections and update frequency are established during setup. A dashboard cannot replace missing tracking or establish, on its own, which sales advertising caused.

Use it yourself or review the results with us

Business Dashboard is licensed as an app in NØRR3 Marketing Engine. After setup, you can use your licensed app independently. We can also review results with you and help plan the next steps. Specialist work is agreed separately.
